Tat Soi - has also been called spoon mustard, it has small, dark green spoon-shaped leaves that carry a mild mustard flavor. The leaves also make a flavorful addition to salads and can also be added at the last minute to stir fry dishes. When mature the crunchy stalks can be used as one would use celery.
